Amazing: Grind a handful of rice until u get a fine but coarse flour. Add a few spoons of raw honey to the mixture along with enough apple cider vinegar to obtain a thick paste. If the cracks are very deep, add a spoon of olive oil. Soak feet for 20 minutes & gently massage with this paste.-pinning for when i'm old... you don't have to be old for feet like this, you just have to hate wearing shoes. Feels like I just got a pedicure!! Works for smooth hands too! :)
Home made Body Butter. At $20 a tub from The Body Shop, this will be good, and no strong scent to get my allergies going. 1 cup shea butter 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup almond oil (you can substitute olive oil, jojoba oil, any organic, liquid oil that is healthy.) and a kitchen aid.
White Vinegar - the only cleaner you'll ever need. It kills 99% of bacterias, 82% of molds and more than 80% of viruses. You can use it with tea tree oil, hydrogen peroxide, or baking soda to increase its antibacterial effectiveness. WARNING: hydrogen peroxide and vinegar should be applied separately, not mixed together and NEVER mix bleach with vinegar — it creates a dangerous chemical reaction.
