My fitness journey began at the age of 18 when I decided to make a lifestyle change. I had always been an active person, but I wanted to take my health and fitness to the next level. I started with small changes, like making healthier food choices and learning advance level yoga practice, and eventually worked my way up to more intense workouts and a nutrition rich meal plan.
