I add as much splenda as I need to sweeten it up, and Mexican vanilla. You can also add in things such as chopped 85% cocoa bars and unsweetened coconut flakes. Microwave everything together until melted, pour into cupcake cups in a muffin tin, stick in freezer, and when frozen, put in a freezer bag or Tupperware in freezer until use.
