A "Better than Red Lobster" biscuit made bun size with a "Chik Fil A" type chicken patty. Use my pin for the biscuits just make them larger. For the chicken pound out chicken breast flat and cut in strips.Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and put baking blend on a plate add garlic powder,salt and pepper. Cut the chicken in strips.Dredge the chicken in egg and then baking mixture and place in a skillet with coconut oil heated to med to med high.Cook for 3-4 min each side.

These are so yummy.The only thing I did differently from the original recipe is add oat fiber instead of coconut flour. 1/4 cup plus 1tbsp almond flour 2tbsp oat fiber or coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder,1 egg,1/4 cup sour cream.1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese,1/2 cup cheddar,1/4 tsp garlic powder,1/4 tsp salt Mix dry ingredients and then add wet.Drop by tbsp on parchment lined cookie sheet bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

HOT FUDGE PIE 1 stick butter, softened 2/3 c truvia 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 Tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 Cup Almond Flour , 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour + 1/2 scoop of Whey Powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in eggs and vanilla . Add cocoa powder, salt and flour and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake 25 minutes until center is set.

THM (S) Sausage Balls: Mix together 2 c almond flour with 3 tsp baking powder and I tsp salt. Add in 1 TB melted butter and 1 egg. Stir in 8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese and 1 lb sausage. Roll into balls. Bake 20-25 mins @ 375.
