This is a great project. I pre-made silhouette templates and had the kids pick the one that most resembled them. They had to fill in the silhouette with their favorite things, outline it in black marker and color with Sharpies. We used watercolor over the whole thing to unify it, then cut out the silhouettes and put them on another sheet of poster board.
