I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. This is an awesome kettlebell workout. One of the best I've seen!

um, it's really humbling to find out that you're not in as good of shape and you thought, lol! After ONE round of this, it was quickly brought to my attention! Great workout for sure! I will work on building up to more rounds!
