Chai Tea : make your own! 3 cups purified water; 1 cinnamon stick ;2 tablespoons grated, fresh ginger; 1/2 teaspoon each whole clove and anise seeds; 1 cup full-fat coconut milk. Sweeten to taste with stevia, honey or agave. Simmer spices in water for 10 minutes. Add coconut milk and sweetener. Strain before serving.

Celariac fries: Peel the celeriac, cut it into very thin sticks, put into a bowl and add some tomato paste, sea salt, pepper, chili powder, olive oil and turn untill they're completely covered in the spices and oil - leave to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 40 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius, turn the fires ocassionaly to make sure they are cooked evenly on the outside. Serve immediately while still hot.


Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding.1 1/4 cups lite coconut milk (or any type milk will's the seeds that turn it to pudding) 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup chia seeds. Mix and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
