There are two types of celosia. This is the crested type. It's also known as "brain celosia". It has a velvety texture and comes in beautiful earthy jewel tones.
We love using basil in cut flower arrangements. Purple basil is great, lemon basil smells incredible and regular green basil has beautiful folliage to fill in arrangements.
