Peach Crisp... I followed the direction's exactly... made eight small wide mouth jars... put them in my large thermal cooker pot, stacking them... (with the lids and rings also sprayed with oil and sealed... ) covered them with water and boiled the water for three minutes. Transfered to the thermal unit and closed them in. They were done in two hours. ..but would have still been perfect and hot and ready to serve all the way up to eight hours.
