I LOVE these Jalapeno Popper Cheese Muffins! they are super moist with an intense cheesy flavor and a cream cheese jalapeno center with the perfect hint of spice. I bring them to all my potlucks and BBQs and are always a huge hit!
The Amazing Amish Cinnamon Bread ~ No kneading, you just mix it up and bake it! It was so moist but I especially liked the crunchy topping. I came downstairs this morning to find my youngest with an entire loaf infront of him:) I will definitely be making this again.... ,,
Crusty, no-knead, artisan bread Just mix ingredients, and let sit in a covered bowl on the counter-top for 12-24 hours before baking in a heavy pot/dutch oven with a lid! So many "flavor" variations by just adding a few ingredients (herbs, cheese, jalapeño, bacon, pesto, nuts, whatever you want!) during the mixing stage!
