    Snowball Candleholders: Use a paint brush to apply mod podge. Sprinkle on some Epsom salt (found in the first aid section) and allow to dry. Brush on a second coat of mod podge and more Epsom salt. The salt gives gives a little sparkle and enough coverage that battery operated tealights look like real flames.
