I was trying to do Piyo this morning and my daughter was crawling under me, over me and running around me. Sure my workout was a little more difficult but we did it together. And look at her smile, priceless. I want to teach her that it is important to make health and fitness a priority in your life. So next time you think you can't work out because your kids are there, get them involved, you both will benefit.
