    Beefy Mexi "Cauli" - This was a a fake out WIN. I totally couldn't even taste the cauliflower, this tasted like mexican rice with ground beef. I used just regular tomatoes and onions cut up, and I doubled the recipe. I doubled the chili powder too, but it was a little spicy for the hubby and kids, so next time I would just dial it back to 1 and half TBS.
