Creamy Crockpot Hot Cocoa. . .i have seen this as the polar express hot chocolate also. I have to say it was amazing. Definitely use good chocolate chips. The good ones melted, the cheap ones don't fully blend in. Also, it is very rich. Could use extra milk, or a little less chocolate. Either way, it was awesome. We have made it twice this week.
