Crockpot Manicotti: fill UNCOOKED manicotti, lay in single layer of oblong shaped crockpot (putting down a thin layer of your choice of sauce), then cover the noodles with sauce, on HIGH for 2 hours, add a layer of shredded cheese on top during the last 30mins of cooking time. Gonna have to try this out
