Fun art project with the kids! Easy abstract painting that anyone can do! Just blob the paint on the canvas in random spots and blend! (would be interesting how students could make different pictures w/ the same colors and same blob positions)
Watercolour triangles let students paint paper with watercolors, wet on wet, similar colors. Let dry and cut into triangles. Students pick triangles and glue down randomly, leaving white around each one. Maybe try with black or other color background?
Vegetables aren't just for eating, they make great stamps too! Learn four ways to use them in your art projects! I love the super creative way to use corn. This is a kind of printmaking I never would have thought of.
styrofoam covered with fabric wall art. My daughter and I did this for her room. We used cheap painter canvas and scrapbook paper. We sprayed adhesive glue to the canvas and layed the scrapbook paper on top.
cute little book nook reading center for kid's bedroom or playroom - just frame favorite book covers, hang letters to spell out read, and add low shelves for kids to reach books. would like to use the ikea spice racks that are super cheap for shelving.
Emily: I created this with teal, navy, lime green, yellow, and orange acrylic paint colors and used spray paint instead of acrylic paint for the white. The tape takes FOREVER to put on! << you could do multiple shades of a color(or two)
