How many calories you need to eat to lose weight! This is actually a really cool website. I couldn't put this in fitness because it's not about health, just size. I don't think you should just eat to lose weight. Nutrition and emotional health should be factors too. but it is still somewhat helpful, though i think there's more to weight loss than calories in calories out. I think modern weight science shows that. This is not the end all be all to weight loss.
