Snow Ice Cream! - This is a favourite of our kids. All summer they ask when snow is going to come again so we can make snow ice cream. We mix 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla together. Then we fill a big bowl full of fresh (clean!) snow - mix in the milk and stir until it's thick like ice cream (adding more snow if needed ). It was delicious and fun!
