CRACKARONI Mac and Cheese - The most awesome macaroni and cheese ever! So addictive, we call it "crackaroni." You just can't stop eating this fabulously creamy concoction. I slightly changed the recipe of a coworker who brought it to a potluck. Proceed at your own risk. I can't be responsible for the rise in your cholesterol levels.
Baked Ravioli - 1 bag (25oz) Frozen Ravioli, 1 jar (26oz) Marinara, 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella, Parmesan for Sprinkling - Preheat oven 400F. Spray 9x13 baking dish w/cooking spray. Spread 3/4 cup pasta sauce. Arrange half of frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce, top with half remaining pasta sauce
Artichoke Spinach Cannelloni With Roasted Red Pepper Sauce: if you imagine Spinnach/Artichoke Dip in a pasta rollatini with a delicious zesty pepper sauce, then this is exactly what this recipe is like. So yummy - we partially cooked dried lasagne sheets as we didn't have any fresh lasagne, but it would be fantastic with home made lasagne. Really easy to make and the red pepper sauce was absolutely fantastic.
Pasta Bake 1 lb pasta, 1 pkg frozen meatballs, 1 jar sauce, 1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella, 2/3 c Parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Boil pasta according to directions. Cook meatballs according to directions. Drain pasta. Add sauce, spices and meatballs to pasta. Add 3/4 c mozzarella, and 1/3 c Parmesan. Mix well. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Put all ingredients in dish. Top with rest of mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!!
