Crepes - 4 eggs, 1/2 c butter, melted, 1/3 c sugar, 1 c flour, 1 c milk, 1/4 c water, 1 tsp. vanilla, dash of salt. In blender place all ingreds, except flour. Blend. Sprinkle in flour, blend well. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet make THIN layer & cook 30 secs, flip, cook 10 sec. Cream Filling: 1 c sour cream, 1 - 8oz pkg. cream cheese SOFTENED, 1 c powdered sugar.
