This furnace was customized with a heavy duty cast work tray which sits on the floor of the chamber inside the liner area to support the workload and protect the floor brick.

This high temp hardening box furnace went to a metal stamping manufacturer (Southeast US) who chose a Lucifer to upgrade older heat-treating equipment-planning to employ the furnace for everyday use. Model HL7-H24 (9”x 12” x24”) heats to 2300°F.

Lower temper oven heats to uniform 1200F w/high cfm fan. Both chambers have overtemp controls w/timers. Safety features include high limit controllers for auto shut-down event of hightemp.
This Dual Chamber fiber-lined furnace was delivered to a leading manufacturer of punches and dies in North America. The customer invested in this 23 KW furnace to replace an older unit and will be processing small parts in wire baskets as well as parts wrapped in foil during hardening
