Simple Salisbury Steak - perfect weeknight recipe idea to serve the family. Add in some mashed potatoes and your favorite veggies for the ultimate comfort food. Per comments on recipe, I added an egg to the ground beef mixture. I also caramelized some onions in another pan to add to the gravy. The gravy thickened immediately when I added it to the pan and was very thick. It was very good, and I will definitely make it again.
