crockpot pork tenderloin - 1 pork tenderloin, 1 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3 T olive oil, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 T mustard powder, 2 T garlic powder, 1/3 c water. Mix all ingredients except oil together in a bowl. In crockpot, pour olive oil all over the base & put in tenderloin. Pour ingredient mix over the tenderloin. Cook on high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
Pork tenderloin, new potatoes and apple juice! Oven: 400 degrees. New potatoes and onions mixed with rosemary, fresh minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), cracked pepper, sea salt. Mix well and pour in Pyrex. Bake until pork and potatoes are done.
Parmesan Yellow Squash: Line baking sheet with tinfoil. Slice yellow squash thinly and place in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic salt, and grated parmesan. Broil in oven until lightly toasted. Delicious!!
