Kettlebell Workout - Done at home Start with 5 reps of each exercise. Perform 3 complexes per workout the first week and add 1 a week until you reach 6 complexes. Once you do this you can stay at 6 complexes and perform more reps at every workout or start over with another, more challenging kettlebell workout.
