***** Used bone-in skin-on thighs and white potatoes cut in wedges. Cooked in crockpot on low. Potatoes were perfect in 4 hours...chicken only needs 3 hours. Next time will start potatoes first with some bacon and onion, then add chicken one hour later
Made both the enchiladas (still one in the freezer) and ravioli lasagna. BIG BOMBS. And not in the sense of "da bomb" but "this is gross". Going to keep the enchiladas in the freezer for another year & then throw it in the garbage.
