Baked Banana Chips - toddlers love these! Slice bananas very thin (1/8"), brush with lemon juice mixed with just a little water, sprinkle with cinnamon and kosher salt. Bake at 250F for about 2 hours, turning after 90 mins. Let cool (the longer they cool the crispier they become). Smear a little peanut butter between them if you like. Perfect sweet little treat! Enjoy!

Sweet Apple Chips Ingredients: 2 Small Apples (cut into thin slices as shown above) 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Cinnamon Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 F and place apple slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges start to curl and brown a little bit. Set out to cool, and enjoy!

Sweet potato: Preheat oven to 350* Slice sweet potatoes ~1/2” thick Lightly coat with olive oil + a sprinkling of salt Bake for 20min [turning once] Turn heat to 400* Bake for ~15-20min more [turning once] You won't even believe what you have just done. As you puncture through the slightly crunchy browned skin, the center oozes with creaminess. It is like you puree sweet potatoes and infused them back into the potato.

Better than fried - string cheese chopped into bite size pieces, dipped in milk and bread crumbs, baked at 425 for 8-10 minutes- serve with marinara sauce! Delish!-
