    Test Report: Low Carb/Vegan/GF Endurance Crackers - These are awesome in taste and texture! I just took some out of the oven and they are so good, even by themselves. No strange taste, I added Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning and didn't add the salt. Soooo good! Now to find something to put on top of them or dip then in! A true keeper!!!

    Layer Dip...6oz cream cheese (use phil. cream cheese) 1can black beans drained; 1can Rotel; 6oz shredded cheddar cheese. Layer; bake @300 for 30 min or when cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

    Marinate tomatoes in balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes. Lay on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Then top with sautéed spinach and mozzarella. Broil until cheese melts.
