Sweet William (dianthus barbatus): Your red and pink flowers are likely Sweet William cultivars native to Southern Europe and widespread throughout Europe. Has sturdy stems, flat foliage and clusters of pastel, white, red, purple or bicolored blossoms that have jagged petal edges, much like being cut by pinking shears. As a plant needs full sun and regular water. Also popular as a cut flower. If you disagree please take another clear photo as this one is a bit blurry and any other…

Catnip (nepeta): It might indeed be catnip but I cannot be certain. Are the stems square? Does it have small purple dots on the flowers? Do the leaves have a strong smell (like catnip) when you rub them between your fingers? The foliage and flowers looks like catnip but so do many plants in the mint family. We recommend you take a sample to your local garden center for a positive ID. It also appears to be a 2nd plant in your photo with tiny compound leaves , this shouldn't be confused…

Lemon Basil (ocimum citriodorum): Lemon basil, Thai lemon basil or Lao basil (Ocimum × citriodorum) is a hybrid between basil (Ocimum basilicum) and African basil (Ocimum americanum). Grow the same as regular basil. Makes great pesto with butter, lemon juice, and pistachios. You are exactly right. It looks like lemon basil.

Garden Sage (salvia officinalis): This form of culinary sage has gray-green leaves. Stems are square, and foliage pungent. Crush a leaf and you should be able to recognize the smell. Also the foliage has a stickiness to it. This photo is a bit hard to see the detail, but seeing you sent in a sage photo too we think this could be the same thing. If you do the crush test and it doesn't smell like sage please submit a another photo and we will do all we can to assist you.

Catnip (nepeta): It might indeed be catnip but we can't tell from this photo alone. Are the stems square? Does it have small purple dots on the flowers? Do the leaves have a strong smell (like catnip) when you rub them between your fingers? The foliage looks like catnip but so do many plants in the mint family. This is not a pepper plant.
