Fish Cakes ~ We made this once, but Simon misread the recipe and didn't realise that you had to cool the fishcakes before you cooked them, so this ended up as...fish mush. We'll need to try this again sometime properly, when we have enough time.
Mix your parmesan, paprika, and salt and pepper. Coat your filets in extra virgin olive oil and dredge in your parmesan mixture and lay on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees.
