Granola Energy Balls. I made these instead of Granola Bars, they were a bit misshapen but I think they will be delicious. I used wheat germ instead of flax because that is what I had. 181 calories per ball from my calculations. @Lindsey Hellenbrand you should try these
Protein energy snack. -5 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter. -4 tablespoons of honey. -1 scoop vanilla protein powder. -3 tablespoons quinoa flakes or rolled oats. -mix it all together, roll into ball and refrigerate before eating.
Peanut Butter Eclair Cake - Layer Chocolate graham crackers with a combination of 1 cp of p nut butter, 2 pkg of instant vanilla pudding, 3 ucps milk and 1 cool whip, layer twice and then top with 1 can of choc frosting. My kids really liked this recipe!
