Filipino Coffee Jelly | Dessert Recipe
Ingredients • 1/2 cup sugar • 5 cups water • 25 grams unflavored gelatin powder • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder • 250 ml all purpose cream • 370 ml evaporated milk • 300 ml sweetened condensed milk Instructions • In a pot add sugar, water, unflavored gelatin powder, instant coffee powder. • Stir after you add each ingredient. • Heat it while stirring so that everything dissolves. • Once it boils turn off the heat. • Transfer it to a long flat container. • Let it cool for 30 minutes until no longer too hot and place in fridge for it to set. It may be best to make the jello the night before so that it has time to set completely. • In a large serving bowl, combine your all purpose cream, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk. • Stir until well blended.
