Television Tuesday Workout! I love my Tuesday T.V. but sitting on the couch 3 hours in a row is very inactive so I've decided to earn my T.V. time and make it useful! Join the workout tonight! You do five a day, moving them to the done cup. At the end of the week you move them all back into the workout cup and start over, this helps you get a varied workout. Good for visual motivation!
Repeat this cycle 2x right when you wake up in the morning: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 sit ups, 20 mountain climbers, 30 second plank, 7 burbees
