On Thursday the of June 2012 I had a scooter accident. It happened as I was on my way to reach a private client our weekly session.

Tripod stand  I'm totally addicted to inverting!  I used to struggle getting up for about 3 years.  Then I started teaching and in one month, it just became accessible! It was an ah-ha moment for sure!    Here's why:  I was committed to practicing everyday.   I did the foundadtional work before attempting to kick take my legs up.  I build on the core strength, coupled it with the breath... and voila! I Floated up effortlessly.    You can learn how to rock your Mad Inversions too!

This is Charlotte. I teach Charlotte Yoga in her home in Bantry Bay. She is in her 60's and is still rocking her headstands. Charlotte has benefited from having a consistent relationship with herself & her yoga Practice.  I have the honour of seeing Charlotte progress & sometimes Charlotte teaches me yoga too.     Charlotte was my first private client. I ran into Charlotte in a rather serendipitous way. We still have our sessions together every week. For Charlotte, it is her gift to herself.
