Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Copycat Recipe - Pinned says this copycat recipe is so easy to make and tastes a million times better than the original! I agree! I ditched the spinache and used kale as in the original version. Also subbed fat free 1/2 & 1/2 for the cream. SOOOO good! Can't wait to make it again. I probably went heavier on the potatoes and sausage as this was our main course. You just can't go wrong when making a cream soup with bacon and potatoes!

I also used an Uncle Ben's wild rice mix and subbed non-fat half & half for the heavy cream. Good but nothing special. Cheesy Scalloped potatoes 5 large potatoes cut thin sticks, s&p cream (FFhalf&Half) 2 tsp. parsley 2 c. grated cheddar  lay in a 9×13″ glass pan. Pour all of cream. Salt and pepper generously. Sprinkle 2 c grated Cheddar then parsley cooking spray on side of foil that will face cheese to prevent sticking Cover with foil, and poke holes  Cook at 400 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes, or til tender. During last 15-20 min lower rack

Line sheet w/ approx 40 saltine crackers in single layer. In saucepan, boil 1 c butter & 1 c dk br sugar 3’ & immediately pour over cracker layer, spread to cover. Bake 400 5-6’ til bubbly. Remove and sprinkle 2 c choc chips. Sit 5’ Spread and cool, break up. May add nuts over chips before cool.

Crock Pot Sesame Chicken. Yummy! I placed frozen tenders in the fridge overnight then cut the part frozen chicken into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors. Easy! Changes: I used half the soy sauce, twice the sesame seeds and skipped the ginger. Delicious!
