Ingredients: 2 tbsp garlic powder 3 tbsp olive oil 1 cauliflower, separated into florets. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese salt and black pepper to taste 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a large casserole dish. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and garlic. Pour into the dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25 min, stirring halfway through.
