brownie roll-out cookies by smitten (mmmmmmh!!!! We found a new addition to our Christmas cookie-collection! We made Smitten Kitchen's cookies this afternoon and I only can say YUMMY!! Our oldest daughter added one chocolate chip in a lot of them before baking. I can also imagine them also with a bit of a chocolate glaze!)
Pumpkin Macadamia White Chip: I made these this last weekend for Jason's office. I haven't done any cooking with pumpkin but I really thought these would be a great first fall recipe. They were very easy to make but are a little more expensive due to the macadamia nuts. Everyone adored these cookies. Even my husband who didn't like the idea of them at first. They made about 4 dozen smallish cookies and would make about 2 to 2 1/2 medium size cookies. I will be making these again!

Blueberry Cookie-These are delicious!! I used fresh blueberries and when they're done they are so moist! I usually put a piece of bread in to keep my cookies soft but these didn't need it. Definitely try these if you have a ton of blueberries to use up. That's what happened to me :)
