Crockpot chicken & rice using frozen chicken breast. I had three very large chicken breast & opted for thyme & basil instead of dill weed. It's in the crock pot now, so we will see tonight how it turns out... *Crossing my fingers* UPDATE: I used egg noodles instead of rice & added peas at the end. Taste like creamy chicken noodle soup.

Made Skipped the panko and used raw honey instead of clover honey. It added an extra step of melting, but it was really good. Definitely a quick and yummy weeknight dinner! We don't typically eat baked chicken, but this was actually really delicious.

For the life of me, I cannot remember where I got this recipe. It's written on a napkin and Ive been making it for a few years. It's best eaten on TV trays with a 2 liter of Mt.Dew to drink. Little Debbie's for dessert ;)
