Thai Pasta Salad: a fav! 1 cup carrots, julienne 1cup Zucchini, julienne 1 cup Purple Cabbage, chop 1 cup Kale, chopped 2-8 oz box of POW Penne Sauce: 1/2 cup almond butter 1 Tbs Tamari 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 3 Tbs Maple Syrup  1) cook pasta to instruction 2) cut vegetables as directed 3) stir together Sauce ingredients 4) Pour sauce over cooked, strained pasta while warm. Stir in vegetables and Serve!  Serves about 6
