Want your family or picky eaters to have salad for dinner? This is for you! Homemade croutons and homemade Ranch dressing are the way to go! I make this dressing for catering events for veggie trays and it's always a hit. And the croutons you're not going to want to skip.Trust me, once you make them, you'll never want to buy store-bought ones again. I usually put them on my salads, but I have to be quick because my hubby loves snacking on them straight from the baking sheet.

These ham and cheese sliders are addictive and ridiculously delicious. Sweet and savory ham, nutty melted Swiss cheese, nestled between sweet and buttery Hawaiian rolls and smothered with a sticky butter zesty sauce! What could be better for your next game day, potluck, brunch or even dinner! I recommend getting good quality thinly sliced ham from the deli department, but pre-sliced ham will work as well. These are an excellent make ahead option so read my note on how to prep them in advance. These are best served fresh and warm but can be reheated in a low oven IF you have leftovers....but I'm guessing you won't!

These are DOWNRIGHT D E L I C I O U S. The pork belly is slowly braised for 3 hours, so the meat becomes fall-apart tender.
