Princess Leopoldina of Brazil around 1864 approx age 17 yrs. These two Braganzan princesses, Leopoldina and her sister Isabel, were not very attractive. In fact, a surprising number of the Roman Catholic Royals were not very good looking. They tended to have much stronger features and lacked the bland prettiness of the mostly Protestant German royals.
