Have a headache/migraine? Submerge your feet and hands in hot/warm water and put a bag of frozen peas at the base of your skull. The heat on your extremities pulls the blood from your head relieving some/all of your headache.

Each member of the family has a mesh lingerie laundry bag, and a hook. They put their dirty socks and underwear in the bag each night. On laundry day, you wash the whole mesh zipped up bag, and give it back! No more sorting through and figuring out which socks are for which person.

IF YOU HAVE A LITTLE GIRL: On my 16th bday, my dad gave me a half heart necklace and kept half of it. My half was attached to my bouquet on my wedding day. At the reception, he surprised us by giving his half to Chris. He literally passed down the responsibility of holding on to my heart. (Tucking this away for our girls. I love this idea...)

I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. I ran through the pain and started at my own pace. I am up to 12 miles a week and climbing. ANYONE can do it!! Just take your time an believe in yourself!

Write on bananas with toothpicks, and, as the day goes on, the message slowly appears. What an adorable idea for kids (and lunch boxes).
