Italian Turkey Burgers over rice (or mashed cauliflower) with black beans and orange and soy glazed green beans.
My plan for making my own meals next year: Choose one meal and prepare 5 servings of it on Sunday to last for lunch/dinner the rest of the week, plus a healthy breakfast every day and healthy snacks when needed. This website has some great meal prep ideas!
