The Bee Stitch and Knitting 1 Below - this is a nicely textured stitch with a waffle texture. Also -- it's really just a variant of Garter Stitch, so it's very easy to make.
I love this knit stitch. Cast on multiples of 4. Knit all right side (odd) rows. Row 2 and 4: p1k3 across. Row 6 and 8: k2, *p1k3 across to end, end with p1k1. Repeat 8 rows for pattern. Or for Row 6 and 8, start with a k1 and end with p1k2.
Love this stitch. K1 P1 on row 1 and knit row 2. Repeat these two rows.
Double seed stitch Row 1: *K1, p1, repeat from * to last stitch, k1. Row 2: *P1, k1, repeat from * to last stitch, p1. Row 3: Repeat Row 2. Row 4: Repeat Row 1.
Here's a gorgeous cable stitch that is fully reversible. It looks great on both sides. This makes it perfect choice for all kinds of chunky cowls, snoods and scarves.
