Ingredients: 2 handfuls of ice, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup of brewed coffee-choose whatever flavor you like, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, Truvia to taste or any other type of sweetener.     Directions: Place all ingredients in blender.  Blend it and then Pour in a drinking container, and enjoy!
