Easiest pulled pork recipe: pork butt, 1 can of diet pepsi, bottle sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce, & lawry's season salt. coat pork with lawry's, put all ingredients in crock pot & cook for 4 hours. then use 2 forks to shred the pork & cook for 1 more hour.
Slow Cooker Coke Chicken - Whole chicken, bottle of BBq sauce, can of coke, a whole onion peeled and quartered, and a lemon quartered thrown in a crock pot cooked on low for hours. definitely want to try this.
Easiest Dinner Ever. (frozen chicken, cream cheese, black beans, corn and rotel). Cook all day in crockpot. Shred and serve in tortillas or over chips. - no corn. nothing spectacular, but it's an easy crock pot meal

Another great Crock-pot recipe! Ranch Pork Chops in the Crock-Pot (pork chops, ranch packet, cream of chicken soup, 1 can water) ~ Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Goes great with mashed potatoes. the soup and ranch mix make a gravy.

Buffalo Chicken in the crock pot: 3 lb frozen chicken, 1 bottle buffalo sauce, 1 packet of ranch, throw it all in the crock pot for hours, shred. A favorite at our house! I've served on buns. Would like to use leftovers to make buffalo chicken pizza!
