One of my all time favorite movies. A 1998 American fantasy romance film produced by Universal Studios, directed by Martin Brest and starring Brad Pitt, Anthony Hopkins and Claire Forlani, loosely based on the 1934 film Death Takes a Holiday. It was the second pairing of Hopkins and Pitt after their 1994 film Legends of the Fall.

Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close Poster - ok didn't like it at first because it was not what I thought it was going to be...it is a good movie and sad and good ending. This little boy iks an excelent actor. He not only played an child dealing with a loss but also some challenges with austim...love how he overcame some of his fears and anxiety along his journey as well.

without a doubt, my favorite movie. i love helena bonham carter, but she wasn't what drew me to this movie. there's something so enrapturing about this movie, and colin firth is magnificent.
