TRICK! :) My mom does this for cleaning fruit: fill sink with water, add 1 C. vinegar, mix. Add all fruit and soak for 10 minutes. Water will be dirty and fruit will sparkle with no wax or dirty film. Great for Berries too--keeps them from molding. I do this with strawberries and they last for weeks!

to get rid of the nasty black gunk in your drain: 1. Boil a pot of water. 2. Meanwhile pour baking soda down the drain. 3. Once the water has reached a rolling boil pour it down the drain. 4. Let the water and baking soda work at decomposing and sterilizing the grime for 10 minutes. 5. After 10 minutes, pour 1 cup of bleach down the drain to completely kill any remaining mildew or bacteria. this process every few months. It will also keep the nasty mildew smell at bay.

Wash your towels in hot water with a cup of vinegar, and then run again in hot water with a half-cup of baking soda. That will strip your towels from all of that residue and mildew smell and will actually leave them feeling fluffy and smelling fresh. (Do not add laundry detergent to either wash. Just once with vinegar and once with baking soda.) good to know for the future. (definitely don't add soap -- remember lucy?)

Take coffee grinds with olive oil, and make into a paste. Massage well into the area with stretch marks for about 5 minutes. Then take a hot towel, and wrap it around the area for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and wash off with warm water. Also, when you are finished, apply a moisturizer to the area. The olive oil with the caffeine in the grinds, will help stimulate the area to remove the stretch marks. If you do this 1-3 times a week, you will start to notice a difference within 2 weeks!
