I think you could use silky fabric and a loose stitch to create yo yos to make these type of flower accessories. You can embellish the center or attach a broach if you want to make it interchangeable.
Repurpose vintage and thrift-shop silk neckties to make elegant wearable rosettes. These extremely versatile pieces can be worn as lady’s brooches or gentleman’s boutonnieres. They would make a great tribute piece to a father or grandfather. Or dress up a pair of shoes by attaching shoe-clip hardware to the back of two matching rosettes or hot glue the rosettes directly onto the shoes.
Darling vintage wrist corsage created from collected pretties. I love vintage hankies, but they often have stains in the center. What a great way to use them for a dainty little accessory. It could also be a hair ornament, an embellishment for a hat, a broach, or anything you want. I can't wait to make one for myself!
