Jillian Michaels Detox Water Note that you may experience increased bowel movements when you drink this one regularly but that really just means that it’s working. To make Jillian’s detox water, you will need about 60 ounces of purified water, 2 tablespoons of diet cranberry juice, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a bag of dandelion tea (you’ll need to stew the tea in a cup of water).

Weight Watcher cheese and Chicken Shells Cheese and Chicken Shells WW Points Plus: 9 points for 3 shells 12 jumbo pasta shells 1 1/2 c pasta sauce 2 large egg whites, gently beaten 1 1/2 c part skim ricotta cheese 4 oz. chicken, cooked and diced 1 c frozen spinach (chopped) thawed (drain all excess water) 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp chopped basil 3/4 c part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350 Cook shells in boiling water according to the directions on box. Rinse with cold water and set aside for later use. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and spread 1/2 c of pasta sauce evenly over the bottom of the pan. Set aside. For filling: Stir together egg whites, ricotta, chicken, spinach, garlic powder, basil, and seasoning. Stir in 1/4 c of mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Fill each shell with mixture and place filled shells in the baking dish on top of the sauce. Spread remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Yogurt Covered Blueberries - I took two cups Dannon Oikos greek yogurt (blue cup) honey flavor and one carton fresh blueberries. Stick a berry with a toothpick and dip/swirl in the yogurt cup and use a second tooth pick to push it off onto a cookie sheet. Do all of them and place in the freezer. After an hour you can pop them off the cookie sheet and into a plastic baggie. I got 3 sandwich bags full :)

Great grab-n-go low carb breakfastEgg Muffins (Makes 12 muffins, recipe created by Kalyn with inspiration from The South Beach Diet book. 15 eggs (for silicone muffin pans, use 12 eggs for metal muffin tins or individual silicone cups. You can use less egg yolks and more egg white if you prefer.) 1-2 tsp. Spike Seasoning 1-2 cups grated low fat cheese (I like sharp cheddar or a blend of cheddar/Jack cheese, use less cheese if using meat) Optional, but highly recommended, 3 green onions diced small. Optional: chopped veggies such as blanched broccoli, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, etc. (Using veggies will reduce the fat content) Optional: diced Canadian bacon, lean ham, or crumbled cooked turkey sausage Preheat oven to 375 F. Use regular or silicone muffin pan, 12 muffin size. If using silicone pan, spray with nonstick spray. If using regular muffin pan, put two paper liners into each slot, then spray liner with nonstick spray. In the bottom of the muffin cups layer diced meat, if using, vegetables, if using, cheese and green onions. You want the muffin cups to be about 2/3 full, with just enough room to pour a little egg around the other ingredients. Break eggs into large measuring bowl with pour spout, add Spike, and beat well. (I used to add a bit of half and half or milk, but lately I like the way they turn out without it.) Pour egg into each muffin cup until it is 3/4 full. I like to stir slightly with a fork. Bake 25-35 minutes until muffins have risen and are slightly browned and set. Muffins will keep at least a week in the refrigerator without freezing. Egg muffins can be frozen and reheated. For best results, thaw in refrigerator before reheating. Microwave on high about 2 minutes to reheat.

For all those recipes that call for condensed soup. -Cream of "something" soup recipe 1 cup non-fat dried milk 3/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup bouillon cubes 4 Tablespoons freeze dried minced onions (I used the minced onions from Sam's Club) 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon dried thyme (I couldn't find the thyme so I used dried parsley instead) 1 teaspoon pepper (For the equivalent of one can of condensed cream soup, mix 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 1/4 cup water. Cook until thick)
