A Walk Across the Sun

A Walk Across the Sun by Corban Addison. Corban Addison leads readers on a chilling, eye-opening journey into Mumbai's seedy underworld--and the nightmare of two orphaned girls swept into the international sex trade.

This was a great heart-wrenching read and a very good story.

Incredible journey of strength and motherly love. This story could have gotten really dark, but with it being written from the child's perspective the beauty of the story is in your face and simple.

This book is seriously a must read! The hardest peace by Kara Tippetts

A great classic - even though it took me months to get through.

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë ; with a new introduction by Erica Jong ; and a newly revised and updated bibliography.

What Alice Forgot - a great view into how a marriage can slowly fall apart without realizing until its too late!

What Alice Forgot, by Liane Moriarty (I'm not sure why- but I loved this one. It really stuck with me for a while.

Really want to read this - Noah got if for Christmas, so his comments have really intrigued me.

Social Animal by David Brooks; great research told in a relatable tale

This was about the earliest vampire book I read (early hs), but I really loved it then. i dug it up a year or so back & I still really like it, but it's definitely an easy quick read. Most impressive to me was that it was written by a 13yr old who has a whole series spawned from it.
